Refund & Returns policy

Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.


1.1 Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund/return or exchange of purchased goods from our online store.
1.2 The goods must be unused and in the same condition as they were when they were handed over to you or to the postal service for delivery to you.
1.3 All attachments (e.g. instructions, coupons, etc.), package tags, labels and other labels must be intact and fully in their original/factory places, without any damage.
1.4 The goods you wish to return must also be in their original packaging without any signs of damage.
1.5 Return or exchange of goods is possible only if you are able to provide the original fiscal receipt, which was sent to your e-mail after payment, which confirms the fact of purchase of this product, available by e-mail.
1.6 Goods not subject to refund or replacement:

  • gift cards or certificates.
  • downloaded digital goods.
  • personalized goods, with a personalized name or monogrammed letter.
  • goods made according to individuated preferences.


2.1 If you are returning several orders, each return must be processed separately.
2.2 If you return several goods from one order, you need to return these goods in one invoice, indicating the required number of places.
2.3 Any return of goods is carried out fully and unconditionally at the expense of the buyer (having previously agreed and specified the return address with the online store).
2.4 The return procedure may be delayed indefinitely if you send the return to any address other than the return address or an incorrectly filled out Application for Return.
2.5 If you are returning a promotional item, the entire promotional item will be refunded if:

  • more than one item is offered for the same price.
  • the purchase of one item entitles you to receive another item at a reduced price.
  • when buying a product you have the right to get a product at a reduced price, when buying several products at the same time.

2.6 Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of application.
2.7. Refunds for delivery charges are made only in case of receipt of goods with defects.
2.8 After reviewing your application for a refund, and in case it is approved, the funds for the returned goods will be credited to the bank card or bank account from which the payment for this product was previously made.


3.1 Unfortunately, but we will not be able to accept returns in the following cases:

  • more than 14 days have passed since you received the goods.
  • if you are unable to confirm the fact of purchase of goods exactly in our online store by providing a fiscal receipt (allowed in electronic form).
  • in the absence of a completed Application for return of goods.
  • if the return is incomplete, which is specified in paragraph 1.3. in the “Return and Exchange Policy”: the lack of packaging in which the goods were delivered, labels, etc.
  • if the goods have been used or damaged.


4.1 You can contact us by e-mail with a request for replacement of the goods due to a factory defect in the goods. We will provide you with an assessment of the defect and a decision on the situation by e-mail.
4.2 In order for your request for a replacement or return of the goods to be accepted, it is necessary to include certain data in the e-mail message, namely:

  • a detailed photo and video of the goods with the defect, as well as a photo of the packaging.
  • a description of the defect of the goods.
  • whether the goods have been in use.
  • fiscal receipt (pdf), confirming the fact of purchase of the goods.

Only then will your request and response to the letter be considered.
4.3 If the fact of the defect is confirmed, we may offer you:

  • exchange for a similar product or part of the product in which the defect was found (if this product or part of the product is available).
  • a refund.
